(1) Mr. Paul S. Amos II is entitled to salary and non-equity incentive award payments paid semi-monthly for the remaining term of his
employment agreement. Such salary and non-equity incentive payments would not be paid to (i) Mr. Daniel P. Amos, who
voluntarily gave up his right to such salary and non-equity incentive payments, (ii) Mr. Cloninger who has the maximum
percentage of benefits available under the SERP, (iii) Mr. Kirsch whose employment agreement ends on the last day of the
