TOMODACHI Initiative.

in Japan, is the second participant in a series of
Japan-based pediatric cancer specialists invited
to the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center
of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta through the
TOMODACHI-Aflac Program to observe and
share best practices related to research, care
and treatment protocols of children with cancer.
Aflac is proud to be a part of the TOMODACHI
Initiative and its specific involvement in the area
of pediatric cancer research and treatment. The
TOMODACHI Initiative is a public and private
partnership that invests in the next generation
of Japanese and American citizens in meaningful
disciplinesthatstrengthensrelationshipsbetween
the United States and Japan over the long term.
